Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your e-mailbox accounts and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly user interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can forward emails from one e-mail box to another, finetune email filters, create auto-response messages and protect your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail box accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages according to certain criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Just specify the electronic mail account you want to redirect e-mail messages from, then select the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the email client of your choosing to access your email boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
